Local Storage Only
The following data is stored locally on your device only:

- Premium Status: Whether you have unlocked the full game
- Daily Challenge: Daily puzzle completion status and streak count
- Customization: Your selected profile icon, theme, and title preferences
- Settings: Sound preferences and other game settings
This data never leaves your device and is stored using your device's local storage mechanisms.
3. Free Trial and Premium Unlock
ONE MOVE offers a free trial followed by an optional one-time purchase to unlock the full game.
How It Works
- Free Trial: The first 60 puzzles are completely free to play
- Daily Challenge: Free forever — no purchase required, ever
- Premium Unlock: After completing 60 puzzles, you can unlock the full game for a one-time payment of $4.99 USD
- Full Game Access: Premium unlock gives you unlimited access to all current and future puzzles
Purchase Information
- Payment Processing: All purchases are handled entirely by Apple's App Store through your Apple ID
- No Account Required: You do not need to create an account or provide any personal information to us
- Payment Information: We never see or store your credit card, payment method, or billing information
- Receipt Validation: Apple provides us with receipt data to verify legitimate purchases. This verification happens locally on your device
- Premium Status: Your premium unlock status is stored locally on your device only
Refunds
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly through your App Store account or at reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. Data Sharing
We do not share any data with third parties because we don't collect any data in the first place. Your gameplay data and premium status remain entirely on your device.
5. Children's Privacy
ONE MOVE does not knowingly collect any information from children or anyone else. The game can be safely enjoyed by users of all ages without privacy concerns. Parents should be aware that in-app purchases are available and should use Apple's parental controls if desired.
6. Analytics and Tracking
We do NOT use:
- Analytics services
- Advertising networks
- Tracking cookies
- Third-party SDKs that collect data
- User behavior tracking
7. Data Retention
Since all data is stored locally on your device:
- Data persists as long as you keep the app installed
- Uninstalling the app will delete all local game data and premium status
- You can clear your data at any time through your device's settings
Important: If you uninstall the app, you will need to restore your premium purchase through Apple's App Store using "Restore Purchases."
8. Your Rights
You have complete control over your data:
- Access: All your data is stored locally and accessible to you at any time
- Deletion: Simply uninstall the app or clear app data through device settings
- Portability: Your data is not portable as it exists only on your device
- Purchase History: View your purchase history through your Apple ID account

11. Game Center and Leaderboards (Superstars)
ONE MOVE features an optional leaderboard called Superstars powered by Apple Game Center.
Opt-In Participation
Superstars is opt-in only. When you first encounter the leaderboard, you will be presented with a clear prompt asking whether you want to participate. No scores are submitted to Game Center unless you explicitly choose to join.
Players who decline the prompt can continue playing ONE MOVE in full without any data leaving their device.
You may opt in or out of Superstars at any time through the game's settings.
What Happens When You Opt In
- Your cumulative game score is submitted to Apple's Game Center servers and displayed on the Superstars leaderboard
- Your Game Center display name (as set in your Apple ID settings) will be visible to other players on the leaderboard
- We do not receive, store, or have access to your Apple ID or any personal identifiers beyond your display name and score
What We Do Not Do
- We do not store leaderboard data on our own servers
- We do not link your leaderboard activity to any other personal information
- We do not use leaderboard data for advertising or analytics
All Game Center data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. If you wish to remove your Game Center data, this can be managed through your Apple ID account settings.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the app and on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
13. California Privacy Rights
Under California law (CCPA), California residents have the right to request information about data collection and sharing. Since we don't collect or share any personal information, there is no data to request, delete, or opt-out from. Data submitted to Apple Game Center via the Superstars leaderboard is subject to Apple's CCPA compliance.
14. International Users
ONE MOVE can be used worldwide. Since we don't collect any personal data, there are no cross-border data transfer concerns. All purchases are processed according to Apple's regional pricing and policies. Game Center leaderboard data is handled by Apple in accordance with their international data practices.
